Annual Session details

The 125th Lott Carey Annual Session convenes August 13-18, 2022, in New Orleans, Louisiana. 

The theme is, “Embrace” – Matthew 28:19-20.   We have an amazing lineup of preachers: Dr. J. Michael Sanders, Rev. Vernon Gordon, Rev. Brenda K. Harewood, Rev. Traci Blackmon, Dr. Jesse T. Williams, Jr. and our President, The Rev. Dr. Gina M. Stewart.  

Guest presenters include Rev. Willie D. Francois, III, Dr. Brianna K. Parker, Dr. Robert C. Scott, Minister Brenda Troy, Dr. Ellyn Jo Waller, and several Lott Carey mission partners.  

Throughout the week, there will be opportunities for you to participate in Morning Prayer; Women in Service Everywhere and Men on Missions programming; Mission Education study; morning, and evening worship; with the added benefit of fellowshipping with Lott Carey family members and friends you have not seen for a while.  

The Lott Carey Annual Session is a special time of gathering for our brothers and sisters around the world. This year’s conference promises to be a rich and rewarding experience for all who attend.

This year’s annual session will be a hybrid event and applicable fees have been assessed.  

The room rate is $145/night PLUS applicable taxes.

Fee information

IN-PERSON ATTENDEES
The registration fee for adults, 18 years of age and older, is $150 if registered on or before June 30, 2022. Beginning July 1, the registration fee is $175.

For Hope Missionaries (children ages 6-12) and Youth (ages 13-17), the registration fee is $100 on or before June 30, 2022.  Beginning July 1, the registration fee is $125.

VIRTUAL ATTENDEES
The registration fee for adults, 18 years of age and older, is $100 if registered on or before June 30, 2022.  Beginning July 1, the registration fee is $125.00.

There will be no virtual program offering for Hope Missionaries (children ages 6-12) or Youth (ages 13-17).  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Persons who REGISTER for the conference on or before June 30, 2022, are entitled to receive a FULL REFUND. This includes the cost for ticketed events.

Persons who REGISTER and CANCEL AFTER June 30, 2022, are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee for registration, AND receive monies paid for ticketed events.

Ticketed event purchases (e.g., Missions Dinner, Worship Arts Concert and Prayer Breakfast) made AFTER July 15, are NON-REFUNDABLE.
